Ok, received a hard copy in early Dec 2016 that my Worry Free contract had been suspended for non - payment and that it was listed prominently on my Nov 2016 billing statement... errr page 4.

I have electronic alerts with them as well as an online account that I can see and interact with. I called BPU, who told me that PSEG would be calling me. In the meantime before that call from PSEG, I receive another notice in mail that OH! btw...

worry free contract prices will be Changing Jan 2017. HA! interesting . Informed BPU...

pffft! PSEG calls says you must pay the amount owed of $50+ to remove the suspension. Now, that amount is back dated to several months and my worry free will not be restored till Jan 2017 billing. Till then I am still in suspension, so that if anything happens to my appliance from the time it was not paid till Jan 2017, I WILL NOT BE COVERED!

But, PSEG says, I HAVE to pay it no matter what and that PSEG is reputable and not trying to pull something shady. Really??? OK, I pay it under protest. NOW remember, in Jan 2017 they are going to raise what I pay (senior citizen) for Worry Free (which a lot of parts are not covered...

they dont tell you that). Don't tell me even how much that will be. My $50+ USD is gone,...

poof!! Merry Christmas PSEG...

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

PSEG Cons: Scam.
