I have signed up for PSEG Worry Free many years ago. Last year I called them because my wall oven was not working as it was over heating dangerously.
They sent a technician and he said they need to replace 2 parts. It took them several months until finally on December 19, 2015 they called (I asked for an email too) and said they do not have contract with my oven's manufacture, Thermador, so they cannot order it. I have to find whoever carries the parts and order them.
They called me today, October 10, 2016, said they cannot order the part and "I HAVE TO REPLACE" the oven on my own?????? So much for having "WORRY FREE", The only reason they called me was someone called me yesterday tried to sell me more of no good Worry Free yesterday and I told him to tell PSEG to go to ***, or try to fix my oven before trying to sell me more no good coverage.

Preferred solution: Fully repaired to be functional or replace the wall oven.
PSEG Cons: Not delivering what they promissed.
