My electric was suddenly shut off by pseg. Because they couldn't read my gas meter.

I do not own the property so access to the basement is limited. 3 times I set appointments to have a remote meter installed which meant me taking off work. Of course no one has shown up yet and it's cost me $1500 in lost wages. Tried talking to a representative and was treated like I was the one at fault.

Called back and was treated even worse. 18 years of never missing a payment and the *** on the phone had the audacity to tell me my power was shut off for non payment.

Even though I had my account showing a zero balance. These people are nothing but crooks
